65 years old lady came with swelling of right leg with two days history. Doppler scan was done which showed acute DVT of the leg. History showed acute cerebral bleed one month ago which is a contradiction for any kind of anticoagulantion in this case.
IVC filter was placed in this patient and no anticoagulation was given.
After 1 month filter was removed and anticoagulant was started.
