53 years old male had large venous ulcers of the legs. He had these non healing ulcers since last 13 years.  In spite of various treatments outside these wounds did not heal. We tried compression bandages along with various local ointments. Wound becomes clean. Skin grafting was done  of both legs which resulted in complete healing.
