45 years of male patient presented with chief complaints of long standing venous ulcer and varicose veins from last 2 years. Associated with pain and bleeding on/off. Ulcer was getting infected without proper treatment outside. Venus duplex scan both legs revealed both leg incompetent SFJ and perforators. Wound CIS were taken and antibiotics were started accordingly. Basic blood investigation were repeated and  velfour dressings on both legs were done. Both ulcers were subsequently healed and RF ablation and Foam Sclerotherapy was done. Stockings were given for 4-6 weeks. Venous ulcers  healed and residual swelling was diminished.
