45 years old patient presented with long standing ulcer of the right leg since 6 years. He has been trying different kind of treatments since then but without any result. We did duplex of the leg which showed chronic venous insufficiency of the deep veins & varicose veins .Compression bandages (4 layers) were done in this patient along with topical dressing –Hydrofera .Treatment resulted in complete healing of the wound.
Later EVLT and Foam Sclerotherapy of the veins was done.
