This patient presented with large infected ulcer of right lower leg on the lateral aspect.
He was case of renal transplant (on immunosuppressant) and also HIV seropositive which made treatment of such ulcer very difficult. In this patient stem cell therapy along with compression bandages were done which resulted in complete healing of the ulcer.
