22 year male came with Left arm lump since childhood. This lump was compressible and  non pulsatile . Duplex scan confirmed it to be a venous malformation with no arterial component. foam Sclerotherapy was done of the malformation which showed amazing results. After another sitting of Sclerotherapy his swelling totally disappeared.
